Freeprint® tray, 3D resin for trays

Freeprint®-Tray is a UV light-curing, biocompatible 3D-print resin for the manufacture of (individual) impression trays.

The 3D print plastic for the generative production of individual impression trays, functional impression trays and plastic base plates. The Freeprint Tray from Detax is available for all LED / UV printers with a light spectrum of 405 nm or with a light spectrum of 378-388 nm. The print material has a very low viscosity for low material consumption and quicker cleaning of the printed models. Maximum construction speed, very high dimensional stability and torsional rigidity. No (mechanical) post-processing of the surface needed after production with the Tray material. Suitable for all impression materials, odorless and tasteless, MMA-free.
