Reporting the complaint can be done via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling in the form at the bottom of this page. In case of any damage, improper product or other complaint, we want to have as much information as possible.
Send an email or fill in the form with as much information as possible, such as the date of the order, order or order number, if possible a photo and a clear description. In case of damage and / or an incomplete delivery caused by transport, we also ask you to make a report to the courier. You sign for the number of packages to be received. Report any damage or a package that has not been delivered directly to us too.
