Our support team assists customers daily with technical questions, maintenance, repairs and installation of machines and materials. Wheter it concers a 3D printer, milling machine, CAD/CAM products, 3D printing resins, or other dental materials such as plaster, various liquids and equipment, we ensure your production continues without interruption. Modern dental practices and laboratories are increasingly equipped with digital equipment and are therefore becoming more dependet on it.

If you are experiencing issues with one of the Asiga 3D printers or post-processing systems, please consult the manuals and troubleshooting guides above. If you have not found a solution and continue to experience hardware or software issues, please open a support ticket.
You will need the following to create a support ticket:
- The serial number of the machine experiencing issues (linked to your account)
- A diagnostic report – this can be accessed via the Asiag Composer Software > first select your printer > then go to Help > select Diagnostic Report
- A clear description of your problem in English
- Upload the Diagnostic report, photos, videos and any additional relevant information
