Asiga Build Trays
Asiga build trays are designed for maximum precision and reliability when 3D printing with Asiga printers. They provide a stable and durable foundation for producing dental models, splints, prototypes and other functional parts.
Asiga offers several types of build trays, each designed for a specific application and/or printer. The range includes Universal, Endurance, UltraGLOSS, Low Force, LIFT and Crown Kit build trays.
Universal build trays: for Asiga Max 3D printers
Endurance build trays: for Asiga Ultra 3D printers
Low Force build trays: for Asiga Pro 4K 3D printers
UltraGLOSS build trays: designed for a glossy surface finish and polished results on transparent prints
LIFT build trays: featuring Liquid Interface Film Technology for Asiga Max, Max 2 and Max X 3D printers. This technology allows a thin layer of uncured material to remain on the surface of the film, reducing the risk of scratches and damage caused by the seperation forces during the printing process.
Crown Kit build trays: a dedicated build tray designed for use with the Asiga Crown Kit build platfor, enabling efficient and accurate crown printing.
In addition, Asiga build trays are available in various capacities inclduing 1L, 2L, 5L and 10L (with the exception of certain build tray types). This range of volumes provides maximum flexibility, allowing the build trays to be matched to both small and large print jobs.
