Asiga Max is available with a choice of two light sources, the 385nm – UV projector lamp and the 405 nm light source. The Asiga Max has a build volume of 51.8 × 29.2 × 75 mm up to the 82.3 x 46.4 x 75 mm. The Asiga Max X has a choice of accuracy of 27µm, 35µm and 43µm.
SPS technology from Asiga ensures the production of accurate printed layers with a fast and ideal production time. This makes the Asiga Max X ideal for producing high-precision wax prints for the jewelry industry and very small objects for applications with the microfluids. With the same techniques, the Asiga Max has a different accuracy and a larger build platform for medical applications such as the dental, medical and audiological sector. By simply changing the trays with material you can use another material within 30 seconds, which can also be used from another material supplier. The fully open material system can be used with brands such as pro3dure, KeyStone Keysplint, Saremco, Detax, Dreve, Nextdent, Egger, Dentamed, and many more.
The Asiga Max X is easy to integrate into digital business processes thanks to the Ethernet and WiFi connections within the network of the organization. Thanks to the high accuracy and the possibility of the open material system, this printer is ideal for Digital Dental, Jewelry and Micro Fluid.
Within the dental technique, the Asiga can be used for making dental and orthodontic applications such as splints, crowns and bridges (also temporary), drilling templates (surgical guides), dental models, (individual) spoons and partial. The audiology sector produces many earpiece applications such as earshells, earmoulds and flexible silicone pieces.
