VHF AIRTOOL – Innovation without compressed air
The VHF AIRTOOLS not only proide excellent milling quality but also enable a completely new generation of milling machines. A unique feature of the E4 and E5 machines is that they operate entirely without compressed air. No external compressed air suppply is required, and an integrated compressor is also unnecessary. This is made possible by VHF’s patented AIRTOOL technology.
Thanks to the high speeds of the high-frequency spindle, the turbine blades of the AIRTOOL generate a powerful airflow toward the cutting edge of the tool. This keeps the workpiece free of debris and dust, which are then efficiently removed via the connected extraction unit.
