The Otoflash G171 with N2 connection for medicall certified products such as denture / base, temp, splints and IB.
This post-curing curing device, by means of intense flashes of light, ensures effective polymerization of light-curing resins such as splints, denture and temp. The Otoflash G171 has two flash lamps that radiate light from below into the polymerization chamber. Use the Otoflash G171 for post-curing your 3D printed models such as models, splints, indirect bonding, prosthesis.
Due to the technical configuration of the Otoflash G171, short curing times are possible. The flash lamps produce 10 flashes of light per second which occur at a wavelength of 280-580nm. These flashes are very intense on the 3D printed models. If you compare this with other methods (different light spectrum), the Otoflash G171 achieves significantly better curing of the materials, which contributes to better physical characteristics and a reduced residual polymer content on the surface.
The Otoflash G171 with n2 connection prevents the reaction of oxygen on the prints. The models will therefore feel less sticky and it will not cure residual polymers. The option with n2 connection for nitrogen is a must when printing biocompatible resin with medical classification such as splits, prosthesis and IB. The connection and coupling on the gas bottle and Otoflash is also optional.
