Hassbio Rosetta SM – Lithium Disilicate CAD/CAM Block

The Rosetta SM from HASSBIO is a lithium disilicate CAD/CAM block known for its reliability and consistent performance. With more than 13 years of clinical application, this material is one of the best-selling solutions within the HASSBIO portfolio and is trusted worldwide by dentists and dental technicians.

Balance between workability and strength

• Pre-crystallization strength: approx. 200 MPa, ensures smooth efficient milling with minimal tool wear.
• Post-crystallization strength: up to 440 MPa provides durable and strong restorations

Rosetta SM is used for a wide range of restorations, including crowns, inlays, onlays and veneers. Thanks to its versatility, the material is suitable for both dental practices (chairside use) and dental laboratories.

The material is also available in a disc variant (disc format Ø98 mm), allowing up to 30 restorations to be milled from a single disc. This helps increase productivity and optimize workflows.

Rosetta SM combines high aesthetic value with mechanical strength and ease of use. It delivers consistent results, a natural appearance, and efficient processing, making it ideal for professionals striving quality and predictability in restorations.

Processing Protocol

For optimal performance of Rosetta SM, a controlled crystallization process is recommend. The sintering program below ensures an ideal balance between strength, aesthetics, and material stability.

• Starting temperature: 400 °C
• Heating rate: 60°C/min
• Final temperature: 840 °C
• Holding time: 10 minutes
• Slow cooling: down to 700 °C

Available Translucencies & Shade Range

Rosetta SM is available in various translucency levels, allowing you to achieve the right aesthetic outcome for every clinical indication:

• HT (High Translucency)
  For maximum aesthetics with balanced coverage, suitable for universal use
• MT (Medium Translucency)
  The perfect balance between aesthetics and coverage, suitable for universal use
• LT (Low Translucency)
  Provides additional masking of underlying tooth discolorations
• MO (Medium Opacity)
  For situations requiring high opacity, such as implant-supported restorations or dark substrates

In addition, a wide range of VITA shade is available (such as A1-A3.5, B, C and D shades, enabling precise shade matching.
