The DEKEMA AUSTROMAT 664i G2 is an efficient and advanced digital sintering furnace specifically designed for dental laboratories. The sintering chamber offers sufficient space to process multiple restorations simultaneously and is suitable for, among others:

The flexible loading system allows efficient placement and support consistent sintering of all restorations.

Sintering Results

The AUSTROMAT 664I is equipped with silicon carbide (SiC) heating elements, ensuring exceptionally uniform temperature distribution within the sintering chamber. This results in clean and stable sintering processes without contamination or discoloration of the material. Unlike molybdenum heating elements, no cleaning or pruge cycles are required, significantly increasing efficiency and reliability.

With a maximum temperature of approximately 1,560 °C the furnace is suitable for a wide range of zirconia materials and sintering programs.

Fast Cycles and High Efficiency

Thanks to its optimized design and rapid heating and cooling technology, sintering processes can be significantly shortened. Depending on the material and selected program, fast sintering cycles are possible, allowing restorations to be completed in a short time. This makes the AUSTROMAT 664i ideal for workflows where time is a critical factor.

Afte completing a cycle, a new program can be started immediately without long waiting times.

This smart furnace features a 10.4-inch color touchscreen with a clear and intuitive user interface. Programs can be easily selected, adjusted, and monitored. Both standard and custom sintering programs can be stored and managed effortlessly.

Smart and Future-Proof

The DEKEMA AUSTROMAT 664i supports modern IoT (Internet of Things) functionality and can be connected to the DEKEMA online database. This enables streaming of sintering programs, performing software updates, and digitally storing process data.

Via USB and Ethernet connections, backups can be created and data can be exported easily. This makes the furnace suitable for dental laboratories that operate according to strict quality and documentation standards.
