VHF AIRTOOL – Innovation without compressed air

The VHF AIRTOOLS not only deliver excellent milling quality but also make an entirely new generation of milling machines possible. A unique feature of the E4 and E5 machines is that they operate completely without compressed air. No external compressed air supply is required, and an integrated compressor is unnecessary. This is made possible by VHF’s patented AIRTOOL technology.

Thanks to the high speeds of the high-frequency spindle, the turbine blades of the AIRTOOL generate a powerful airflow towards the cutting edge of the tool. This keep the workpiece free of chips and dust, which are then efficiently removed via the connect ectraction unit.
