Freeprint® denture, 3D print resin for dentures

De Freeprint® denture base resin is a biocompatible and light curing 3D prints resin for the production of dentures. Due to the low viscosity material and the initial hardness the denture resins has high process reliability resulting in excellent fitting prosthesis bases.

The low viscosity also ensures lower material consumption and faster post-processing and cleaning. Use the Freeprint dentures that require a dry process, the entire workflow is a lot shorter than alternative products.

Freeprint dentures have very good maximum mechanical bending and tensile strength without the material becoming brittle. Thanks to the very easy print made in combination with the Asiga Max printers, the printed prostheses are easy to process and polish.

Prosthesis from Detax is a very stable resin that gives stability in quality and color in the long term. The printed resin is odorless and tasteless, highly resistant to oral conditions and is completely MMA free.

The Freeprint prosthesis for 385 UV lamps is available in a bottle of 1,000 grams.
