Dreve FotoDent Tray2 385/405nm – Dental 3D print resin for Custom Impression Trays
FotoDent Tray2 385/405nm is an optimized, biocompatible, light-curing 3D printing resin for the production of custom dental impression trays. Thanks to its combination of high reactivity and low viscosity, impression trays can be produced significantly faster while maintaining excellent dimensional stability and mechanical strength. The material is specifically developed for use with both 385nm and 405nm resin printers. Dreve FotoDent Tray2 is validated on multiple (dental) 3D printers, including the Asiga Max (1 & 2), Asiga Ultra, Asiga Pro4K en Rayshape Edge E2.
The resin produces produces impression trays with a homogeneous and smooth surface, significantly reducing the need for manual post-processing. in addition, its improved material formulation ensures easy cleaning and exceptionally high fracture resistance, making the trays suitable for intensive use in dental practices and laboratories. Layer thicknesses of up to 300 microns are possible, contributing to an efficient production process and shorter turnaround times.
