Detax Freeprint® TRAY 385 – 2.0

The Freeprint Tray 2.0 is the renewed tray resin from Detax for the digital production and 3D printing of functional impression trays, base plates and individual impression trays. The Freeprint Tray 2.0 has a low viscosity and therefore a lower material consumption during the entire production workflow with a faster cleaning as a result. The Freeprint Tray 2.0 offers a high dimensional stability and torsional stiffness which results in a perfect accurate and distortion-free impression.

The Detax tray 2.0 is therefore also ideal and perfectly suited for a digital implant impression. The Detax Tray 2.0 can even be printed at 200 μm layer thickness. Suitable for all impression materials, odorless and tasteless. The new Detax fluids such as this freeprint tray 2.0 are already MMA and THF-MA free and meet the Class 1 medical device certification.

With the right .ini files for the Detax Freeprint Tray, the Asiga 3D printers are able to print trays very quickly with the right quality.
