Large Capacity for Efficient Sinterin

The AUSTROMAT 674i offers an exceptionally larage sintering capacity with a patented two-level sintering table system capable of processing up to 80 units. This allows multiple crowns, bridges, and complex restorations to be sintered in a single cycle, significantly increasing laboratory throughput.

The system supports large-diameter objects of up to ∅ 100 mm per level, enablling even larger bridge constructions to be positioned with ease.

Clean nad reliable Sintering Results

Thanks to high-quality SiC heating elements (silicone carbide), this sintering furnace provides an extremely uniform temperature distribution withou discoloration or contamination of the objects. This results in stable, high quality sintering outcomes that meet the strict quality standards of modern dental technology.

With a high-temperature range of up to approximately 1,560 °C, the AUSTROMAT 674i is suitable for a wide variety of ceramic materials and restorations.

Fast cycles and Maximum Efficiency

Thanks to advanced technologies such as Dekema AutoDry and AUTORITE, sintering, heating, and cooling processes can be controlled with exceptional precision. This not only results in shorter cycle times but also enables continuous operation, allowing a new cycle to be started immediately after the previous one is completed.

The AUSTROMAT 674i is equipped with a 10.4-inch color touchscreen that enables intuitive operation and clear program management functions. Standard and cusomter-specific sintering programs can be easily selected, stored, and monitored

With integrated IoT functionality, cloud-based program streaming, and access to thousands of sintering programs in the Dekema online database, processes can be efficiently digitized and managed.

Via USB and Ethernet interfaces, backups, software updates, and process data can be exchanged, making this furnace particularly suitable for laboratories operating under strict quality and documentation standards.
