The 5th generation CopraHyperion MD PRO combines outstanding mechanical strength with a naturally aesthetic color gradient. Thanks to advanced Smart Gradient Technology, the shade transitions seamlessly—without visible layers—creating a lifelike appearance for both anterior and posterior restorations of up to 14 units.

Manufactured from 100% Tosoh zirconia and isostatically pressed for maximum homogeneity, this multilayer disc offers a flexural strength of 900–1200 MPa and translucency between 45–49%. Fully compatible with all conventional porcelain veneering materials and available in shades A1–D4 and 0M1–0M3, it gives dental labs complete flexibility to meet any esthetic requirement.

Available in Ø95 mm and Ø98 mm, with heights ranging from 12 to 30 mm. Thanks to superspeed sintering (from 60 minutes) or speed sintering (from 2 hours), fast production is possible—without sacrificing translucency.*

*Note: Fast sintering may slightly affect flexural strength. For optimal results, sinter under vacuum using the Ivoclar© Programat CS6.
