This 5th-generation zirconia combines aesthetic color gradation with impressive mechanical strength, specifically developed for anterior and posterior restorations of up to 14 units. Thanks to advanced Smart Gradient Technology, the CopraHyperion MD PRO provides a smooth and natural color transition without visible layers. The disc is made from 100% Tosoh zirconia and is isostatically pressed, ensuring excellent homogeneity and long-term reliability

With a flexural strength of approximately 900-1200 MPa and a translucency of 45-49%, the MD PRO multilayer zirconia disc is perfectly suited for highly aesthetic restorations withou compromising durability. Fully compatible with all conventional veneering porcelains and available in a wide range of shades (A1-D4, 0M1-0M3), this zirconia disc offers maximum flexibility for dental laboratories.

Available in Ø95 mm and Ø98mm, with height raning from 12 to 30 mm. With Superspeed sintering (from 60 minutes) or speed sintering (from 2 hours), fast production is possible without loss of translucency.*

*Note: Fast sintering may slightly affect flexural strength. For optimal results, sinter under vacuum using Ivoclar© Programat CS6.
