BBCure – UV curing system

The BBCure from MTC Meccatronicore is a curing station for post-curing 3D prints such as models and other dental devices. The post-curing system BB Cure BB Midi Plus is no longer available, making the BBCure the replacement and latest version. The BB cure is the smallest fresh, the BBCure 3D the large version the BBCure XL.

The smallest BBCure curing device from the BB series for polymerizing 3D prints has 30 UV emitters. The BBCure series guarantees the perfect finish of various resins thanks to the multiple UV emitters. The 360° UV polymerization system with three wavelengths is ideal for all types of 3D resins but also traditional UB curing resins; from casting patterns for the jewelry industry to techniques to dental applications.

Simply select the desired UV wavelength and the right temperature for curing. Ecological and safe is the BB Cure series that uses Eco-Passive technology, which recovers the energy that is dissipated by the powerful UV-radiators. This exclusive solution in combination with an efficient multi-sensor Over-temp control system guarantees lower consumption costs and also a long life of the device.

The BB Midi plus has a standard 2.4 Ghz WiFi possibility with connection to the PC to monitor the curing times in real time without having to stand at the device with weblog interface and update system for the programs and log files for curing programs and workflow.
