The Nabertherm LHT 01/16 Turbo Fire has been developed for dental laboratories and chairside applications where speed, reliability and precise temperature distribution are essentiel. With a maximum temprature of 1600 °C and an extremely high heating rate, this compact sintering furnace is ideal for the fast production of zirconia restorations.
Depending on the selected sintering program, the complete process can be completed within one hour. Up to 6 single crowns or a 4-unit bridge made of translucent zirconia can be sintered in juist 39 minutes. Super-fast zircoinia sintering
The LHT 01/16 Turbo Fire has been specifically designed for super-speed sintering programs from all leading zirconia manufacturers. THe maximum heating rate is 220 °C per minute up to 1000 °C, allowing high temperatures to be reached extremely quickly.
The cooling is also designed with speed in mind Depending on the program, the lift table can be opened for controlled cooling. According to Nabertherm, the fastest cooling time down to 300 °C is just 25 minutes.
