NK Flash 150 light curing device is available from May 2025
The NK Flash 150 is a light curing device that combines advanced stroboscopic light technology with a sophisticated design for fast, reliable and reproducible curing of almost all 3D resins and composites, regardless of the printer used.
The NK Flash® 150 guarantees speed and reliability. A composite layer can be cured in just 30 seconds, and a full cure can be completed within 90 seconds. Even larger sets—such as splints, trays, guards, and surgical guides—can be cured quickly, taking less than 7 minutes* to complete. With a curing area that is 65% larger and a curing height that is 50% higher compared to the Otoflash®, the processing capacity is significantly increased. Additionally, the unit features robust, replaceable steel components, ensuring easy maintenance and a long service life.
Ease of use is central to the design of the NK Flash® 150. Its intuitive touchscreen interface makes program selection simple. The device comes with pre-programmed libraries for both 3D resins and composites. Thanks to wireless connectivity, curing guidelines stay automatically up-to-date. Furthermore, all program data is automatically stored, making process validation easy to access and export.
*Always follow resin/composite manufacturer guidelines and refer to device instructions to ensure proper curing results. Results and times may vary depending on resins/composites used and curing conditions (e.g., condition of curing trays, etc.)
