MDR-validated Denture Impact, Denture Flex & Denture Crown

During the IDS 2025, Detax launches the Detax Denture Impact and Detax Denture Flex materials for 3D printing with a major announcement. The German Detax is one of the largest manufacturers of premium products and 3D printer fluids under its own Detax Freeprint label as well as under the label of other brands (OEM) such as Vita, Ivoclar and others. With the Premium fluids such as Denture Impact & Denture Flex, digital developments are accelerating within the entire dental sector. 3D printing is one of the most important production processes in both laboratories and practices.

The renewed formulas for printing the denture bases and the flexible partial dentures now make the process a game changer. The materials are fully MDR certified as class 2A materials for permanent use. The materials Denture Impact and Denture Flex are matched with the permanent crown fluid that can be used for printing the elements, the Detax Crown. The shades fully comply with the VITA specifications.

Detax Denture Impact

The Denture Impact from Detax is an impact-resistant premium 3D printing fluid for the digital production of the denture base and also suitable for the immediate denture. The renewed formula is according to full MDR validation and has a simpler work process compared to other suppliers. The low water absorption ensures a durable denture with longer color stability.

The Detax Impact is easy to combine with the Detax Crown for placing the elements. This is easily integrated into the workflow without special bonding agents or other adhesives. In addition to this very simple way of bonding, the cleaning and post-curing also ensure a faster work process. The Detax Denture Impact is fully validated with the Otoflash systems (G171, 150 & 250) but also the Asiga Cure, Rapidshape Cure and more units will follow in the long term. By short post-exposure of these materials, the entire work process is optimally used for a fast production of a few pieces up to large production volumes. For re-lining we recommend the Molloplast B and in the future the Mollosil Plus. Now very attractively priced and even as a bundle advantage with the Detax Crown.
