Keystone - 3D printing resin for dental, dental and prosthetic applications.

The Keyprint resins for the production of the digital dental work  are biocompatible or laboratory liquids  for the production of splints, guides, tray, models, IBT (indirect Bonding Tray), Try-ins, Gingivalmasks and casting patterns. Most of Keystone KeyPrint’s print materials have been validated on various 3D printers such as the Asiga printers Asiga Max and Asiga Pro 4K. For a complete overview of the other validated printers such as the Ackuretta, Asiga, Rapidshape, MiiCraft, Envisiontec, Shining, Nexa 3D and more, see the printer validation overview.

Biocompatible medical 3D printing resin

Keystone KeySplint Soft The KeySplint Soft is one of the most popular splint materials for 3D printing of splints, night braces, splints and bleach trays, various orthodontic appliances and snoring mouthpieces. The Soft variant is a hard splint material with light flexibility against breakage. KeySplint Soft is fully biocompatible and complies with international regulations and standards for medical device classification and MDR. The robust formulation has a guaranteed shelf life of three years, is color stable and has been validated for printing with multiple open source printers such as the Asiga Max and Pro 4K. The KeySplint is a thermoplastic material, which creates a special breaking strength. The KeySplint can also be set after curing. KeySplint Soft
Keystone KeySplint Hard The KeySplint Hard is a harder version of the splint material Keystone KeySplint Soft. Both materials are used for the digital production of splints, night braces, splints and bleaching trays, various orthodontic appliances and snoring mouthpieces. KeySplint Hard is fully biocompatible and complies with international regulations and standards for medical device classification and MDR. The robust formulation has a guaranteed shelf life of three years, is color stable and has been validated for printing with multiple open source printers such as the Asiga Max and Pro 4K. The KeySplint Hard is a thermoplastic material with a higher hardness than the soft variant, making it even more wear-resistant. KeySplint Hard
Keyprint KeyDenture Try-In The KeyDenture Try-In from Keystone is a printing material for the digital fabrication of the Try-in immediate prosthesis. This fitting prosthesis is printed using a 3D printer and thus achieves a better fit. The Try-In fluid is a biocompatible immediate denture fluid for the evaluation of fit, occlusion, aesthetics during try-in. The KeyDenture Try-In has an excellent surface quality and is easy to characterize. The plastic can be polished to a high gloss if desired. This Biocompatible medical device is free of MMA, BPA and phthalates. Colors: A1, B1 and BL4 KeyDenture Try-In
KeyPrint Keytray KeyTray is a strong, biocompatible (Class I) 3D printing resin designed to quickly and accurately create custom, individual impression trays. The material is strong and durable to withstand the forces of taking a patient’s impression. It is compatible with all types of media. The KeyTray has a beautiful purple color and is available in 500 grams and 1 liter packaging. KeyTray
Keystone KeyGuide  KeyGuide is ideal for manufacturing transparent surgical drill templates, allowing implantologists to place the implants at a precise angle and depth. The Keyguide is easy to polish to a high-gloss and transparent plastic. Of course, the KeyGuide is biocompatible and therefore has a medical Class 1 certification. This very strong printing plastic is autoclavable at 134C.  KeyGuide
KeyOrtho IBT KeyOrtho IBT for Indirect Bonding Tray combines the power and precision to accurately set bracket brackets, with the flexibility and anti-adhesion formula needed for easy release. Biocompatible, tasteless and odorless, the KeyOrtho IBT makes it ideal for manufacturing indirect bonding trays using 3D techniques. This drastically reduces chair time and increases patient comfort during the placement of the orthodontic appliances. KeyOrtho IBT

Non medical laboratory resins

KeyModel Ultra The KeyModel Ultra is a printing material developed for the rapid production of dental models with a layer thickness of 100 microns. The very economical liquid for the models is easy to carve without chipping and is available in two colours, ivory and grey. The keymodel ultra is also easy to release when using thermoforms for, for example, alingers. the ultra Model is also a perfect match with keymask for gingiva masks.
KeyOrthoModel   KeyOrthoModel has been developed for fast and accurate printing within the ortho application. Perfect for thermoforming aligners and making orthodontic appliances.
KeyMask – Gingival mask Keystone’s KeyMask is a flexible and firm gum mask that mimics the look and feel of gum tissue. Perfect for planning digital restorations and easy to trim and machine.
KeyCast  KeyCast The KeyCast is compatible with fast burnout workflows. but also for the gradual temper build-up and the casting method without any form of residual ash. This residue-free inflammable printing liquid from Keyprint de KeyCast is used with chromium, cobalt, gold and silver. The formulated Keycast has low shrinkage and controls thermal expansion to achieve pore-free and accurate castings. KeyCast
