KeyDenture Base has been developed for dental laboratories and practices that want to produce denture bases fully digitally. The resin is intended for 3D printing bases for complete and partial removable dentures.
The resin is designed for dental laboratories, dental technician practices and dental clinics that design and produce dentures digitally. It works with most common dental 3D printers.
Strong and durable. A denture has to withstand daily chewing and should not break as soon as it is dropped. KeyDenture Base is slightly flexible, so the material absorbs impact instead of cracking. That means fewer repairs and fewer remakes.
Natural appearance. The resin is available in four gingival shades, ranging from light pink to a darker shade with natural veining. This lets you choose the shade that best matches each patient.
Fast printing. The resin has a low viscosity, which allows it to print quickly. This saves time, especially when you produce multiple denture bases at once.
Safe for intraoral use. After proper washing and post-curing, the printed material has been tested and approved for use in the mouth.
Comfortable for the patient. The base is comfortable to wear and works well with common denture teeth.
After printing, wash the base and post-cure it according to Keystone’s instructions. Polish only the edges and the outer surface. Leave the inner surface that rests against the gums untouched, so the fit remains precise.
