Dental Duplicating Gel

Dental Duplicating Gel is an elastic duplicating material for use in plaster and investment models (gypsum and phosphate bound). Dental Duplicate Gel is a reversibly manufactured hydrocolloid with high quality natural ingredients and stabilizing agents. Preservatives protect this Dental Duplicate gel against fungal attack and guarantee a long shelf life when used correctly.

For the production of duplicated models made of gypsum, gypsum-bound investment material or phosphate-bound investment material, use this high-quality Duplicating Gel.

The surface of the mold does not need to be treated with a special release agent. The dental duplicating gel is very fluid, shape stable and the edges of the model are finely defined. The surface of the duplicated model is very smooth. The Dental Duplicating Gel is also suitable for producing refractory models for casting frames.

The gel should be cleaned under running water for the first time and cut into small pieces. The gel can then be put dry (without adding water) in the gel pan.
