Freeprint® splint 1.0, 3D print resin for splints

For 3D printing of Splint drill jigs for implantology, X-ray templates and bite splints. The Detax Freeprint Splint 1.0 is a transparent 3D plastic liquid for various 3D printers in the DLP and SLA technology. This is suitable for all 3D printers with a UV / LED 385 (378-388) nm and 405 nm source. A clear transparent formulation for visual inspection in the work area. Process safely due to high initial hardness and final strength after curing with a curing lamp such as the Otoflash G171. Low viscosity for less material consumption and faster cleaning of the printed models. Highest mechanical bending and breaking strength, without being brittle. Bisphenol A (BPA) free, odorless and tasteless.

A Freeprint splint 2.0 is also available in 1,000 gram bottles for printers with a light source of 385 nm UV. The 2.0 is one of the most transparent materials available on the market. With proper curing no yellowing of too much UV light.
